What is Wanderburg?

Wanderburg is a single-player action roguelike developed by Randwerk and published by Sidekick Publishing for Windows PC on Steam. You drive the castle itself: the same structure that carries your weapons also has to turn, pursue targets, and escape danger. Consuming settlements and other smaller targets feeds its growth, while boss victories expand the fortress further. Modules add combat capabilities; captains and artifacts broaden the choices available between runs. This portal connects the game’s systems with practical guides, versioned database records, and concise update coverage.

Modules field notes

Start with documented attacks and utility, then compare how they fit your build. Check automatic behavior and active actions separately: a change to one need not improve the other.

Captains field notes

Choose a captain around your playstyle and the goal of your run. Consider which drawback affects your usual actions, then consult the full in-game ability before selecting.

Biomes field notes

Check the region and difficulty context behind your next encounter. Keep ordinary objectives and overtime separate when comparing what a setup can handle.
